The facilitator collaborates with staff to implement curriculum and instructional best practices aligned with the charter school’s mission and academic goals, ensuring equitable and rigorous learning for all students. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Leadership Provide on-site coaching and feedback to teachers to improve instructional practices and student engagement.
