Job description

Key Responsibilities: · Follow directions of Supervisor(s) and Manager · Able to assume supervisor responsibilities over direct reports as required. · Work with multiple departments to ensure orders are completed on time. · Manage team efficiency and quality of work. · Schedule execution and management · Subject matter expert in both the Autoclave & Press Factory responsibilities. · Work with other Leads to achieve production daily tasks and goals. · Follow and Lead Standards for proper setup & production operations, & safety protocols · Conduct interviews as required. · Maintain a clean and safe factory · Ability to train new operators · Forklifting · Safety Committee support and requirements · Adhere to all company rules, policy, & guidelines · Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: · Strong communication at all levels of organization · Ability to follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures · Able to inspire and motivate others to perform well · Task driven · Consistently at work and on time · Able to adapt to frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events · Detail Oriented · Cost Conscious · Promotes team environment and shows respect and sensitivity to cultural diff...
