Nuclear Material Control and Accountability (MC&A) Specialist Schedule: Full-Time: Department: Operations: Standard Nuclear is fueling America’s nuclear renaissance at industrial scale. Standard Nuclear is seeking a Nuclear Material Control and Accountability (MC&A) Specialist to ensuring secure management, accurate tracking, and regulatory compliance of all nuclear materials. This includes implementing systems that prevent unauthorized access, diversion, or misuse of materials, while maintaining full compliance with national and international nuclear safeguards requirements. The MC&A Specialist will develop and maintain accounting and inventory systems, support inspections and audits, and collaborate closely with security, engineering, and operations teams to safeguard nuclear materials. This complex, compliance-driven work requires exceptional attention to detail, technical knowledge of safeguards, and proactive problem solving.
