Leasing Specialist for a Luxury Lease-Up Community Career defining opportunity to drive leasing efforts in a flagship lease-up community. Dream Marine Creek is seeking an experienced and energetic leasing specialist to help us complete the lease-up of this new rental community situated in a historic Bethlehem landmark. The Leasing Specialist plays a critical role in the success of our community by helping to ensure we offer a WOW customer experience to the residents and prospective renters. The leasing specialist leads tours of the community and apartments, actively selling our high quality rental homes, following-up on leads and assisting in driving increased occupancy. This is a forward facing role that will interact with both residents and guests. The right candidate will be a motivated and outgoing professional with a proven track record in leasing, sales or other related field.
