This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week out of our Columbia, Maryland headquarters. In this dynamic role, you will touch various aspects of human resources, from benefits to employee relations, to international matters. You will make a significant impact on our employees and business and support our Company’s efforts to establish and maintain a reputation as an employer of choice. You will also support Business Enablement activities for Vectorworks and our sister brands within the Nemetschek Group (the German parent company of Vectorworks). Our People and Culture Team plays a crucial role in sustaining a harmonious and productive workforce.
