PCA/ Nurse Assistant - Float Pool - Encinitas - Nights (Part Time) - 262002729 Description: This is a benefit-eligible, part-time position (48 hours every 2 weeks) working 12-hour night shifts and located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas Site-Based Float Pool. PCAs assist patients with personal needs and activities of daily living, collects data, and ensures the patient has a safe, organized environment. They assist with patient care within the scope permitted and under the direction of a clinician and supports the unit with a variety of patient logistic, clerical, equipment/supply, and charge reconciliation duties. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to gain exposure to up to 7 different departments in a float pool environment.
