Introduction to the job At ASML, Mechatronics Technicians handle repair and maintenance of complex equipment in a dynamic manufacturing setting. As a Mechatronics Maintenance Technician, your main responsibilities will be supporting Coating (OFC) and Contact/Etch/Litho (CEL). You will handle various Optical Fabrication equipment, requiring care and attention. ASML's core values—Care, Challenge, Collaborate—are essential to this role. Roles and responsibilities: Shift: Back End Nights 6pm – 6am (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, alternate Wednesday) Occasional overtime may be needed. Including for verbal pass down with oncoming shift, coverage, repairs or project support needs. - Maximize equipment availability and reliability, by being effective at repairs and maintenance. - Keep daily planning on track by communicating priorities, progress, and risks; adapt as needed with stakeholder input. - Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses. - Collaborate with Management, and Technicians, to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules. - Support Continuous Improvement of equipment and maintenance progra...
