In this position, you will play a pivotal role in advancing key projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting and managing detailed analyses, creating comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business enhancement, and optimization, and participating in various internal consulting initiatives. You will collaborate closely with more senior team members, conducting analysis and research, and working extensively with colleagues across Asset and Wealth Management, including investment professionals, distribution teams, and functional teams. This role offers you the opportunity to formulate and present recommendations to senior leadership and engage in regular interactions with senior management. As an Associate on the Strategy & Business Development team, you will support mission-critical projects that range from developing growth strategies and assessing new market entry plans to implementing organizational restructurings, operational efficiencies, and pre and post-deal merger & acquisition projects.
