The Change Implementation Coordinator supports newly hired experienced advisors and their teams by transitioning their book of business and providing support and training during the transition period. This position supports these WFA business channels: Private Client Group [PCG], WBS, Wells Fargo Financial Network and First Clearing. Change Implementation: Covers jobs that are responsible focusing on preparing, equipping and supporting individuals (internal and external) to adopt and use the changes which includes the design and implementation plans for business changes, products, and transformations.
