Your mission As a Junior Specialist Gateway Air Export , you will play a key role in managing and coordinating air export consolidation operations at our Vienna Gateway. Your mission is to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant airfreight movements by consolidating shipments, coordinating with internal and external partners, and maintaining smooth daily operations within a dynamic, international logistics environment. You will act as a: central point of contact between branches, airlines, warehouses, and trucking partners, ensuring high service quality, operational accuracy, and profitability of gateway consolidations. Your profile: What you will do: - Organize and steer daily air export gateway operations , including consolidation (MAWB), capacity and uplift planning - Plan and manage BUPs, ULD stock, airline pre‑bookings , and linehaul operations between gateways - Prepare and issue MAWBs, manifests , and handle electronic data transmission to airlines - Coordinate closely with airfreight branches, warehouse teams, trucking providers, airlines, and customs - Monitor export shipments, provide pre‑alerts , and ensure service updates to internal stakeholders - Handle accrua...
