As a Shift Engineer - Second Class with VCH you will: - Operate, repair and maintain a high pressure (600psig+), high temperature (750 F Superheat), primary combined cycle, parallel co-generation thermal Power Plant with currently installed capacity of 2890 boiler horsepower, as required by the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act and Regulations to produce steam and primary power; including the operations of boilers, feed water pumps, turbines, power distribution centres and related auxiliary equipment which changes as Plant operating and site strategies evolve, and currently includes: - 600 psig Boilers, - 150 psig Boilers, - 1MW 4160 volt turbo-generators, - 1000 psig feed water pumps, - (225 KW and 500 KW) diesel generators, - 440V, 4160V and 12800V transformers and switchgear, - 1600KW stand-by generators. - Provide work direction to Assistant Shift Engin...
