Job Title: Food Runner - Martorano's Prime Position Summary: As a Food Runner at Martorano’s Prime, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food service to our valued customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient, courteous, and professional delivery of meals, while upholding the highest standards of customer service. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Ensuring all hot food is promptly delivered within 90 seconds after it's placed in the “take out window.” - Delivering correct orders to guests with precision, avoiding the need for auctioning of food. - Quietly setting plates on tables, ensuring the entree is facing the guest. - Addressing guest requests promptly and satisfactorily; escalating to the appropriate server if necessary. - Ensuring all delivered food is garnished correctly and accompanied by the proper condiments. - Having a comprehensive understanding of reading tickets and maintaining a clean, well-stocked line. - Providing prompt, courteous service to all guests and team members, maintaining a friendly atmosphere. - Following Martorano’s standards of hospitality by greeting guests warmly and maintaining eye contact. - Demonstrating full knowled...
