Inpria Corporation is seeking a Staff Synthesis Chemist II to support the pilot and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) of organometallic precursors used in advanced photoresist production. This role is responsible for executing and maintaining robust, high-purity synthetic processes under manufacturing conditions, with a strong emphasis on air-sensitive chemistry, process reproducibility, and data integrity. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in organometallic synthesis, a disciplined approach to laboratory and manufacturing practices, and experience operating within a quality-driven production environment. Primary Responsibilities: - Safely execute organic and organometallic syntheses and separations in accordance with established manufacturing processes and safety protocols - Perform air-sensitive and pyrophoric manipulations using Schlenk line and glovebox techniques, including addition, transfer, filtration, and purification operations - Execute and support scale-up of synthetic processes from laboratory to pilot and HVM production, ensuring reproducibility, yield, and impurity control - Conduct fractional distillation and purification under high vacuum to meet stringen...
