Scope of Position: The Banking Applications Developer’s role includes hands-on development, system analysis, and system architecture. In this Developer role, the individual is responsible for analyzing requirements; designing, developing, unit testing, and maintaining new and existing software applications; and resolving defects in support of business objectives. The role includes devising solutions to complex business problems and providing technical leadership and coaching to members of the development team. The individual serves as the subject matter expert (SME) in their area of expertise for the organization and team members and supports other application developers, as required, with day-to-day needs.
