The Position: The Assistant Property Manager (Resident Services Manager) is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive support in all aspects of the property operations. A successful Resident Services Manager will provide excellent customer service to our residents, take pride in the property, and understand that this role is critical to the reputation of the property and Tailwind Group. The Property: The Connection is a unique garden-style community consisting of 288 units and 792 beds, designed with Sam Houston State University students in mind.
