Job Description: PURPOSE: The Director of Maintenance Services is responsible for leading and executing the Company’s maintenance programs and construction project initiatives across all assets. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance standards and operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. The position provides leadership and oversight to Area Service Managers nationwide and supports property performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and excellence in operational execution. The Director of Maintenance Services is responsible for complying with the Company’s and the community’s operating and safety policies and procedures and adhering to federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the operation of both the residential, mixed-use and retail assets.
