The role involves supporting and overseeing the planning and delivery of Events and Internal Meetings. - Full time – 40 hour per week (1 year maternity cover) - Salary up to £33k dependent on experience Key Responsibilities: - Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives - Create accurate and detailed function sheets for each event - Client communication from initial enquiry to final arrangements and post-event feedback - Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success - Handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly - Collaborate with wider teams involved in the event across the business - Greet clients on arrival making sure that the event is as they require, and ensure that any of the changes on the day are passed on to...
