Position Highlights: - Position: Emergency Medicine Department Scheduler and Support Assistant - Location: Evanston Hospital - Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week) - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM Job Summary: The Department Scheduler and Support Assistant is responsible for managing clinical schedules, providing administrative support to the Emergency Medicine (EM) physician practice, and assisting with various department projects. This role serves as a vital point of contact for physicians, patients, and staff while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the division.
