Overview HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA! You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, provide parent training, and support children with autism and related developmental needs alongside of our amazing team of interdisciplinary providers! What We Offer: • Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)• Sign-on bonus or relocation assistance: $5,000• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time options available.
