Department: 08610 AMG AHC Miller Parkway - Occupational Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday. Covers both clinics as needed Pay Range: $22.90 - $37.95 Actual compensation offered in the Pay Range of $21.45- $32.20 for an MA or $23.65 - $35.50 for an LPN and will be based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience and/or training. Major Responsibilities: - Performs clinical staff functions for the majority of the workday. - Monitors and coordinates the day-to-day operations in the occupational health program area(s). Provides daily work direction to the staff and acts as an expert resource. Assists in staff scheduling. - Orients and trains nursing staff on clinical competencies. - Monitors clinical staff for effective completion and adherence to nursing standards during the provision of patient care including: vital signs, injections, blood draws, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, spirometry, respiratory fit testing, audiometric testing and physicals. - Assists with maintenance and editing of information databases. - Assists with monitoring and...
