Job Details Support Services| Miamisburg| Full Time| Days Responsibilities & Requirements: The staff accountant will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. Also, responsible for financial inquires, problem resolution, and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting. - CPA or CPA candidate status (or plans to pursue certification), preferred. - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting software (Blackline, Allscripts, PowerPlay, preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other Office software. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Understanding of the financial statement close process (monthly, quarterly, and year-end). - Strong analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to work indepen...
