What are my responsibilities?: What do I need to be considered? - Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders’ physical/mental wellbeing. - Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders. - Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians. - Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident’s condition or plan of care changes a...
