Product Standards Specialist

Job description

The Product Standards Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring all products meet Bob’s quality, safety, and compliance expectations. This position partners closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Merchandising and Quality teams to establish standards, conduct testing and inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role is based in one of Bob’s Distribution Centers ( Aberdeen, MD) and will require domestic and some international travel to supplier sites and manufacturing facilities. The environment is fast-paced and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning office, warehouse, and field settings.
