This role bridges business process design, technical configuration, and customer outcomes, ensuring customers achieve measurable value and long-term success. Solutions Architects partner closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to design, validate, and optimize customer architectures that support growth, efficiency, and adoption across trades.
