Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Ticket Seller for the Tucson Convention Center/Arena. This position will be selling tickets to customers for TCC events. This is a part-time position, and the scheduled hours are event driven. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned - Provide all guests with a positive first impression by offering superior guest service - Process ticket sales for TCC Events must be familiar with all TCC Venues - Accurately operates the Ticketmaster computer ticketing system to sell tickets - Research Ticketmaster accounts sales and print and prepare will call - Provides customer service by answering questions regarding all TCC ticketed events and researching information when required; both at the window and over the phone - Accept payments via cash or credit card - Balance cash drawer at the end of the day Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
