Operations Lead - ( 260000OF ) Description Operations Lead will assist with the business functions and daily operations of the Institute/Center. The responsibilities for this position include personnel allocations, business operations, space and safety management, investigator and program support, as well as the interpretation and application of policies and procedures. The position supports multiple large and complex research efforts conducted by faculty and staff within the Institute and Research Center. The individual works with scientific and administrative leadership in the development and implementation of strategic plans, budgets and processes improvement initiatives. They will provide status reports as well as work with faculty, staff and stakeholders to assure that project goals are clearly defined and achieved.
