Job Description NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S: PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Mill Superintendent, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Jackson, TN. Develop and implement programs and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to train and develop operational staff in milling operations. Set and maintain company standards for Safety and Quality and maintain production and efficiency excellence. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Corn Mill to meet customer orders. Utilize production personnel and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to obtain maximum capacity and performance with optimum yields and quality product. Plan, initiate and put into operation plant improvement projects within time and budget constraints. Facilitate and ensure adherence to safety laws, regulations, rules and sound practices. Coordinate and participate in audits, prioritize and track completion of findings. Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) records and documentation. Perform safety audits and set the standard for safety. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $94,992.00/yr-104,992/yr.
