Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an ambitious and visionary Vice President of Capture Excellence with a demonstrated track record of success in capturing new business at scale. As the VP of Capture Excellence, you will serve as the single corporate point of accountability for capture management across the enterprise — overseeing the corporate franchise pursuit pipeline and partnering with Sector Business Development Executives, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to develop opportunity win strategies and close differentiated solutions that deliver measurable customer value. This role will shape and institutionalize best-in-class capture processes across Peraton, ensuring that capture excellence translates into improved win rates, scalable and repeatable processes, strong customer engagement, and differentiated technical solutions.
