WECU is seeking a Relationship Officer to join our Sedro-Woolley branch in Sedro-Woolley , WA . This position is responsible for processing a wide variety of member transactions including opening and maintaining all account types and loan offerings. Through effective communication with prospective and current members, this individual sells credit union products and services to achieve organization goals and better the lives of our membership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Expectations - Assess member needs: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand member goals and recommend tailored product solutions that maximize value through bundling. - Achieve sales targets: Through adherence to WECU’s sales strategy, consistently meet individual and team sales goals and track referral activity.
