Requisition ID: 65964 Title: Machine Operator CNC Associate Arthrex Manufacturing is actively seeking candidates for the Swiss CNC Department, an Machine Operator CNC Associate position. We are looking for candidates who have a good mechanical aptitude, strong math skills and eager to learn. This position will have a 6-8 month training program. For the first 90 days (Phase 1), the schedule will be 12 noon to 10:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. This phase will focus on classroom training and machining fundamentals. The second 90 days (Phase 2) the schedule will be 2:00 pm to 12:30 am, Monday through Thursday. This phase will focus on hands-on training in production. When completed with training, the schedule will be on Second shift, from 3:30 pm to 2:00am on a rotating crew schedule from Monday through Saturday. The position will be located at our manufacturing site in Ave Maria, FL.
