Job description

Position Summary The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role is responsible for project administration activities including material releases, vendor coordination, submittals, change orders, invoice coding, document control, and scheduling support. The Project Engineer works closely with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and ISEC standards. Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the development, preparation, and finalization of project schedule. - Responsible for procuring and submitting all project submittal information as well as managing the approval process. - Responsible for assisting with the administration of the subcontract requirements, contract documents, and change orders. - Coordinate communications and correspondences from owners, general contractors, and subcontractors. - Ensure project quality control procedures are followed during construction process, in accordance with the contract documents and ISEC policies and procedures. - Responsible for job closeout being pe...
