Job Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the CS3 Nashville Branch Controls Division. - Manage the CS3 Nashville Branch Staff. - Generate growth through the combination of leveraging CS3 Nashville’s existing customer relationships and developing sustainable growth through the acquisition of new customers. - Build and Maintain long-lasting client relationships with prospects within the assigned territory. - Cold call potential clients according to the assigned metrics and respond to inside sales leads. - Establish new accounts by forecasting sales, researching, setting appointments, and presenting with the intent to persuade customer stakeholders of CS3’s solutions and offerings. - Generate leads through prospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business. - Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and more prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently. - Maintain knowledge of CS3 products and services. - Estimate BAS and Controls projects with an emphasis on the plan and spec market. - Establish and maintain relationships with local engineering firms, including offering assistance with project design and specification g...
