Alumnae Associate About the Role: Reporting to the incoming Director of Alumnae Engagement and Giving, the Alumnae Associate is an essential member of the Development & Alumnae Relations team, overseeing aspects of Brearley’s Alumnae Relations program, which regularly communicates with 4,000+ active alums of all ages and is responsible for engaging and connecting our vibrant, diverse, and generous alum community. The Alumnae Associate must be a proven and effective communicator who is able to nimbly interact with many alum volunteers. The successful candidate will be adept at leading meetings and running events, possess outstanding interpersonal skills, and have a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. The Alumnae Associate must use discretion with confidential or sensitive information and have the capacity to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
