Teknion Custom Solutions is looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can bring technical drawings to life while upholding the high-quality standards that define our brand. If you have strong experience with Biesse, SCM, or Homag CNC machines and a sharp eye for precision, we want to hear from you. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Set up and operate Biesse, SCM, or Homag CNC machines to produce wood components according to specific work orders and technical drawings. - Load raw materials onto the machine bed, ensuring proper alignment, and initiate machining cycles. - Monitor the machining process to ensure parts are being cut correctly and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the run. - Be familiar with the start-up and shut-down procedures for the machine and perform the daily, weekly, and periodical maintenance required to keep the machines in good working order. - Be aware of the hazards when working around CNC machines and any other tools or equipment used in the area; ensure all safety control measures and guards are used at all times without exception. - Maintain a general knowledge of veneer species, cuts, and differe...
