Discover more at www.necsws.com: Job Description: Purpose of the Role: The Apprentice IT Trainer will be trained to design, deliver and support high-quality training programmes for internal and external clients. Working under the guidance of experienced trainers, the apprentice will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into a fully competent training professional in a technical capacity. This role is designed as a developmental position, with responsibilities increasing as competence and confidence grow throughout the apprenticeship. Key Training Responsibilities: The apprentice will be trained and supported to carry out the following activities: Deliver training programmes in classroom, online, webinar and one-to-one settings. Conduct training needs analysis with learners, clients and stakeholders. Design and maintain training materials including presentations, manuals and exercises. Support the development of train-the-trainer packages. Prepare training environments, including IT equipment and online learning platforms.
