POSITION SUMMARY: This primary responsibility of this position within the ORV Field Performance team is to lead the investigation of potential product safety issues, identify root cause, assess risk, and lead the solution implementation as required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the scope definition, root cause, consequence, and solution implementation of identified safety related issues. Lead the corrective action through validation, technical approval, and Vice President approval for field action of the safety bulletin. Work with cross-functional teams to identify potential product safety issues that require additional work in the design process. Lead and perform testing as needed to support investigation root cause and corrective actions.
