About the role: The Seasonal Visitor Services Team Member serves as the primary point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming, engaging, and informative experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional 5-star customer service, managing ticketing and admissions, and supporting daily museum operations to ensure a seamless and memorable visit for all guests during peak attendance periods.
