Primary area of focus includes the assessment and care of patients determined to be malnourished or at risk for malnutrition. Location: 43 New Scotland Ave: Department: Medical Nutrition Therapy Job Description: The successful candidate will: - Oversee the delivery of nutrition care to assigned patients. - Identify patients at nutritional risk; perform nutrition assessments based on pertinent medical, laboratory and patient interview data.
