No Information ACT – Area Manager Job summary Are you seeking a fulfilling leadership role in aged care in a dynamic and growing environment? Apply today! About the Role: As Area Manager, you will have end to end accountability for service delivery across the ACT region (including Upper Lachlan). Based at our Deakin ACT hub, you will lead a diverse, experienced team and be responsible for translating purpose into results. You will balance financial stewardship and operational rigour with compassionate, people centred leadership, ensuring services remain sustainable, high quality and responsive to the communities we serve Your Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to: Lead the delivery of high quality, sustainable Uniting home and community care services. Lead the growth of Uniting home and community care services across the region Work closely with the HACC team to translate business and strategic objectives into targets, tactical plans and action steps.
