The Porter EVS will play an important role for performing cleaning duties, through proactive and professional services for Palms Casino Resort. The Porter EVS will be responsible for the cleaning of all public areas throughout the property. The Porter EVS fulfills the detailed services of The Palms Casino Resort and is highly knowledgeable in the operation of the equipment used to complete assigned projects. The Porter EVS is trained and certified in the proper use of equipment to perform detailed cleaning on the property. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of all public areas within the property. Carefully and safely operate all cleaning equipment. Ensures all informational signs, light fixtures, picture frames, TV Monitors, and various high décor to be free of dust. Heavy cleaning such as shampooing carpets, stripping and waxing floors, polishing marbles, pressure washing, emptying trashcans, performing biohazard clean-up, etc. Notifies management of supplies needed or equipment requiring maintenance.
