About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support Flourish’s provider licensing and compliance operations. This role will focus on the administrative execution of licensing and credentialing tasks for our behavioral health providers. The Associate ensures that provider applications are completed accurately, submitted to the relevant boards or payers, and followed up on in a timely manner. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys process-driven work, building strong organizational systems, and supporting a team that ensures high-quality patient care. Role Responsibilities: Provider Licensing & Compliance Administration Complete state license applications for therapists and psychiatrists, including collecting supporting documents and verifying provider information.
