This position is responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Additionally, the role includes developing project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies, as well as monitoring project progress and reporting status to stakeholders. The role also involves capturing, analyzing, validating, and documenting business needs and expectations for ICT-based solutions. It requires aligning stakeholder requirements, modeling business processes, and translating them into system requirements. A key part of the position is elaborating ICT solution requirements with a focus on feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
