HVAC Superintendent

Position Overview The HVAC Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site HVAC construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. This role supervises field personnel, coordinates with subcontractors and other trades, and ensures quality control throughout installation and commissioning phases. Essential Job Functions: - Supervise and coordinate all HVAC field operations from mobilization through project completion. - Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate execution. - Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager. - Monitor labor productivity and adjust manpower as needed. - Ensure materials, equipment, and tools are available when required. - Direct and manage HVAC foremen, technicians, and subcontractors. - Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and workmanship. - Enforce company policies and job site safety standards. - Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
