As part of the Services Team, the role of a Services Engineer is to work with the wider project team to efficiently coordinate the building services and associated works of building projects, whilst assisting the project teams in understanding and solving services coordination issues. KEY TASKS: Services Coordinator: Coordinating documents calling, evaluating and issuing submissions and negotiating and letting of subcontractors Managing day to day insurance claim matters. Ensuring pre-completion activities & certificates are carried out to meet Built’s contractual obligations.
