Position Summary The Salvation Army Northern Division Fargo Corps Social Services Manager provides supervision to social services staff and programs. The Manager is also responsible for providing emergency assistance and providing a full range of case management services to Pathway of Hope (POH) participants. POH is responsible for providing targeted services to participants with a desire to break the cycle of crisis and enable a path out of intergenerational poverty. $52,009 - $54,635 annually 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 304 Roberts St., Fargo, ND 58102 Essential Functions (approximate time spent): - Supervise social services programs (e.g., POH, emergency assistance, food shelf) and ensure fiscal responsibility (35%). - Conduct long-term strength-based, person-centered, holistic case management to POH participants (20%). - Provide program participants with direct assistance (e.g., foodshelf, Heatshare, vouchers) (10%). - Maintain up-to-date, accurate participant information in casefiles and through database entry and internally report relevant outcomes/successes (10%). - Assist with seasonal and special events (10%). - Recruit qualifying participants for POH and promote s...
