Location Shore Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland: Company: Sofina Foods Hours of Work: Part-time The Ideal Candidate: - Proven butchery skills gained in a retail or manufacturing environment - Previous experience of supervising others would be advantageous - Good knowledge of food safety and legal requirements - Proven customer service excellence. - Determination to drive sales. - IT literacy. - Capability to motivate and guide team daily. - Ability to support store manager when not on site and act in a professional manner. - Competent to work well under pressure. - Strong communication skills. - The ability to work on own initiative.
