Summary: CNC Machine Operators are responsible for all aspects of machine setup, and operate conventional manual, special purpose, and computer numerical control (CNC) machines on repetitive jobs to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts, managing daily programs and running the machines. CNC Machine Operators are responsible for maintaining equipment, inventory of materials and supplies, and can assist in training new employees.
