Job Description: POSITION TITLE: Key Asset Manager: REPORTS TO: Sales Director: PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: · Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients. · Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints. · Develop Advanced Services for Customer Support · Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. · Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. · Responsible for understanding the procurement of basic parts on service jobs, completing the proper purchase orders and developing a goodworking knowledge of local vendors and vendor stocked parts.
