ABOUT THE JOB: The Continuous Improvement/Process Engineer II plays a key role in supporting the development of capabilities in support of a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) across the facility. This role facilitates high‑impact, cross‑functional improvement initiatives, facilitates lean workshops, and applies advanced data analysis to drive measurable gains in safety, quality, efficiency, sustainability, and profitability. The position offers significant visibility, hands‑on ownership of transformative projects, and the opportunity to make lasting process improvements while growing as a CI leader.
