Lead, Structured Products Reporting The Lead for Structured Product Reporting oversees the Leveraged Finance platform, a broad offering of below investment grade credit capabilities, including traditional public credit (Loans and High Yield), structured credit/Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), and hedged credit (Long-Short, Convert Arb and Distressed). Working under limited supervision, this role is responsible for all aspects of the structured product lifecycle from warehouse formation to the dissolution of the CLO. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Provides senior support for LevFin CLO analytic and collaborate with other colleagues in various locations to ensure quality of reporting & data provided to investment team and various other users of this information. Functions as one of the key contacts with trustees and agent banks in relation to issues and resolution of problematic discrepancies with custodians, trustees, agent banks, and/or counterparties. Evaluate and validate the accuracy of collateral quality, concentrations and coverage tests. Review CLOs waterfalls and validate management, trustees, and other fees.
